One day while preparing for a trip into a semi dessert area,
I noticed on my shoot list that I needed to shoot a fish market. This puzzled
me a lot, I couldn't even imagine the poor local community in this dry
environment eating fish, never mind having a fish market.
I eventually got to the fish market very excited to see what
kind of fish I was going to find. It didn't come as a big surprise that there
were no fish in the market and that they only sold sheep heads and intestines.
This made a lot more sense to me.
There wasn't a huge variety on offer as you can see in the
images. You only had a choice between smoked or not smoked sheep head. At least
it made for some interesting photos.
